Step 2: Make the "blade".
Fold the front right corner towards the center line.
Fold the left front corner to the middle as well.
Unfold both corners and bend them in the opposite direction.

Iron the folds thoroughly along the folded lines. This will make them more defined and clear.
Turn the craft over to the other side. From this part you will form the “blade”.

Now pay attention to the points marked on the blade (4 points in total).
You need to make bends at these points.

Step 3: Design the middle.
Turn the craft over to the other side. Fold the top right corner towards the middle line.

Unfold the folds on the “blade” once, and then once more.
At the top of the craft, draw a straight line between the intersection points of the two corners.
Lift the right corner and bend it exactly along the drawn line.
After this, fold this corner forward completely.
Straighten the paper flap at the front and bend it so that it completely follows the lines of the unfolded corner.
After this, bend the left corner exactly along the drawn line. Fold it forward, and straighten the paper folds in the front part and bend them to the shape of the unfolded corner.

Open the front right flap.

After this, straighten the corner located on the transition line from the center line of the “cross” to the center line of the “blade” and smooth it with your fingers. You have completed one side.
In the same way, bend the paper on the “blade” and “cross” on the opposite side.
Step 4: Decorate the top.
Turn the craft over to the other side.
Fold the lower part on the left side towards the center line.
In the same way, wrap the right side towards the middle.
Bend the upper part of the “blade” on this side so that it is level with the lower part. After this, straighten the pocket at the top of the “cross” and bend it towards the center line of the “blade”.
Repeat on the other side.
Now bend the craft in half in length. Align both sides of the sword's "crossguard".
Bend both front parts of the “cross” downwards.
Unfold the craft. Your two parts at the bottom of the handle should be installed symmetrically. Make sure this is the case.
Now straighten the folded parts on both sides of the “cross” and turn them upward. To do this, press the lower part of the “cross” inward at the points indicated in the photo by numbers 1 and 2. Carefully iron the folds. Adjust if they are not symmetrical.
Repeat on the other side.

By gradually pulling out the knitting needle and extending the paper onto it, you can lengthen your tube to the desired size. To weave a basket, the length of the tube should be such that it is convenient for you to bend it.
Beautiful basket: paper crafts step by step
So, we have made the blanks, in addition to this you will need a piece of durable cardboard, scissors and glue. You need to cut out the bottom of the future basket from cardboard. To do this, we cut out two cardboard circles using any template.

The origami technique is quite complex, but you really want to make an interesting three-dimensional toy for your child with your own hands.
This chicken is one of the most interesting and relatively simple crafts. The sheet of paper should be square.
Tip: if you want to avoid severely torn edges when tearing off, bend the sheet in both directions.
For cutting, you can use scissors or a ruler with a sharp utility knife.
Origami chicken step by step:
- Fold the square sheet diagonally. Unfold and fold in half.
- Having unfolded it, we bend the left and right corners of the square inward, combining them in the middle of the square. The result is a pentagon.
- We bend the top of the cone into the middle. Then we bend the same cone in the opposite direction so that a small corner protrudes beyond the border of the sheet - the future beak.
- We combine the left and right sides of the entire craft, placing it so that the beak is on the left.
- We bend the upper right corner into the middle of the product.
- The lower right corner, it consists of two sheets, we bend them outwards of the product. We do this by combining the lower sides, and at the same time we bring a small corner beyond the extreme left border - these are the legs of the chicken.
- We turn the small tail corner outward.
- We lower the beak down a little. You can paint over it with a regular red pencil for more realism. Draw the eyes.
With such a craft you can surprise a child and intrigue him. Having aroused interest in the toy, you can attract your child to help create similar origami next time.
