Step-by-step instructions for crafts:

We prepare the cones in advance, paint them with paint. Paint can be selected in different colors. Or make it in one color that matches the design of your interior. Glitter can also be used for the "elegance" of the product.
We take the rope and make marks the distance between the bumps.
From the edges we leave 10-15 cm each in order to have a place to attach a garland.
Using a glue gun, attach the cones to the rope. Glue along the entire length.
We are waiting for the glue to dry. And voila! Christmas garland is ready.

Paws. We choose 2 larger cones for the lower legs, and 2 smaller ones for the upper ones. We glue the parts with the body, follow the symmetry.

Head. We make the head from open pine cones. They perfectly convey the fluffiness of the bear's fur. Attach with glue to the base.

We suggest you make a beautiful and unusual Christmas tree from cones. An artificial tree in floristry can be called a topiary, which is relevant and popular. Such a "herringbone" will take up little space, and it can be made from the simplest materials.

To create a tree from cones, you will need:

Cones + Christmas decorations (beads, toys, balls, tinsel)

A few newspaper sheets for the base,
- sintepon,
- sewing threads,
- glue gun / glue "Moment-Crystal",
- sisal (can be purchased at florist shops, used to decorate bouquets)
- building gypsum/cement
- a stick for the trunk (can be made from wire and thread / found in a park or forest)
- flower pot / large yogurt cup + wrapping cloth
- ribbons, cords for decorating a glass

Cone tree step by step:

First of all, we will make the base for the tree, for which we take newspaper sheets and crush them for softness (Fig. 2). Then crumple the newspaper sheet into a ball, which needs to be wrapped in 1-2 more newspaper sheets (Figure 3). The base ball should be quite tight. Also, instead of a newspaper, you can use ready-made plastic or foam balls (pick flowers or paint).

To fix the shape, the ball must be wrapped with threads (Fig. 4). After that, the ball will need to be covered with padding polyester and glued - in this way, toys and cones will be more securely glued to the ball.

Start sticking cones on the surface of the ball, first mark a place for the trunk (Fig. 6). If there are not enough cones, then you can also add Christmas toys, nuts, artificial fruits (Figure 7).

Take scissors and use them to make a hole in the ball for the barrel, insert a stick and fix it with glue. The shelf can be pre-painted in silver or gold, and also braided with threads.

Take a plastic flower pot or yogurt cup and drape it with a cloth, decorate as you wish.

Next, you need gypsum (approximately 3/4 of the volume of a glass) in the prepared pot, dilute with water to the consistency of sour cream. Immediately stick a tree trunk in and hold it for a couple of minutes until the plaster sets.

It remains only to decorate the finished tree of cones. Why take sisal fibers and fill the gaps between the cones with them (Fig. 8). Glue the beads (Figure 10), garland and other decor of your choice.

3. After that, you need to tightly fit the ball with a padding polyester and glue it.

4. Now we stick cones on the surface of the ball, but only before that we need to outline a place for our trunk.
If there are not enough cones available, you can use artificial fruits, nuts or Christmas toys.

5. After that, we make a recess for the barrel in the ball with the help of a scissors blade. We insert a wooden stick into it and glue it.

6. In order to make a pot for a tree, we decorate a yogurt cup with paper or cloth.

7. Then we fill the glass by about three-quarters of its volume with gypsum, dilute it with water to a state of sour cream. We lower the tree trunk with a crown into the glass and hold it there until the gypsum hardens (about 2 minutes).

Well, our cone tree is almost ready. It remains only to decorate it.

8. We will fill the gaps between the cones with sisal fibers.

Instruction

1. Crumple the newspaper and form a ball out of it. Wrap the ball with a second crumpled sheet of newspaper.

2. So that the ball does not lose its shape, it must be fixed with threads.

3. After the shape of the ball is fixed, it must be pasted over with synthetic winterizer using the "Moment".

4. Mark on the padding polyester a place for the trunk of the future Christmas tree.

5. Paste the ball with cones. You can use cones of different sizes.

6. If desired, the cones can be painted green or left as they are.

7. Make a hole in the ball for the barrel (using a knife or scissors).

8. Insert a wooden stick into the ball and glue it.

10. Fill the decorated cup with 3/4 plaster, dilute the plaster with water (it should resemble sour cream in consistency).

11. Lower the trunk of the Christmas tree into a glass and wait until the plaster hardens (about 3 minutes).

12. Decorate the Christmas tree with sisal, beads and toys.

For the manufacture you will need the following materials:

pine cones (20-25 pieces);
copper wire;
insulating tape;
plastic bags;
scissors;
pliers;
building plaster;
container (from under mayonnaise, an iron box from under sweets, etc.);

aerosol paint in cans;
glue.

Instruction

1. Cut the wire along the height of the tree into long pieces.

2. Fix the bump on the wire by threading it between the scales and securely fastening it. You should get something like a flower (cone - bud, wire - stem).

3. Form branches from the resulting “flowers”, winding the stems together with electrical tape (you can also use adhesive tape or adhesive tape, but electrical tape is more reliable). Also, the wires can be fastened together using strips of fabric. The thickness of the branch will depend on the number of wires.

4. Roll up the package with a bundle and wrap it around the tree trunk to give it the desired thickness.

8. Paint the wood to your desired color after the plaster has set.

If you are using Styrofoam as the basis for the European wood ball, make sure that the trunk is firmly attached to it. But it is better to choose old newspapers or papier-mâché. The paper needs to be crushed, placed in hot water and add shavings of laundry soap. After the material swells, it is easy to make a ball out of it. True, before decorating, you need to dry it well.

For a base that completely holds the finished structure, it is recommended to choose one of the mounting mixtures. It can be a cement-sand mortar, gypsum, alabaster or putty. Floral foam or polystyrene is also suitable. The best option is alabaster, as it does not crack, it is bred quickly and easily and is available in every hardware store.

To fill one medium pot with alabaster, you need to thoroughly mix 1 kg of the mixture with three glasses of water. When the consistency of thick sour cream is obtained, the mixture must be poured into a pot. The barrel is installed immediately, it must be kept in one position for 2-3 minutes. The substance dries in 12-24 hours. Only after that you can decorate the pot with cloth, beads and other improvised materials.

Making a topiary with cones

When the preparation process is completed and all the materials are collected, you can proceed to the design of the topiary. If you follow the instructions, you can highlight the following steps for completing a decorative element:

Make a trunk out of a wooden stick. You need to cut off the height you want, given the size of the pot and the diameter of the ball. It can be painted, wrapped with ribbons or left as a tree.
The barrel must be inserted into the ball and tightly fixed with glue. If the ball is based on foam, then the hole for the barrel must be made in advance.
Paint the balloon with dark brown paint to mask the gaps between the bumps.
The pot is filled with alabaster so that it does not reach 2-2.5 cm to the top edge of the container.
The trunk must be placed in the center of the pot. If there is alabaster inside, wait until it dries. If there is floral foam, much less time is spent.
Heat up the heat gun, apply a small drop of glue to the bump and quickly glue it onto the previously prepared balloon.
Consistently repeat the procedure and carefully fix the lump on the base of the bump. Try not to leave empty spaces, and the glue is not visible under the bumps. If they are of different sizes, try to fix large cones first, then medium and small ones. In the case of the same size, it is best to place the cones according to the honeycomb principle.
The base in which the barrel of the product is attached should be decorated. Dry moss is great for this. To keep it always in place, use hot glue.
Decorate the topiary. You can use ribbons, beads, spray paint and other accessories.
